Unfortunately due to my father's death I have to sell his Holiday 21 and am having trouble obtaining a realistic valuation

The boat is is good condition and well maintained, built in 1974 with a Volvo 6 cylinder deisel. it does not come with a trailer. No sign of osmosis

currently the boat is based in Poole Dorset England

any advice would be welcomed
