Volvo Penta AQ170c

Hello everybody,

I am new here so I wil indroduce myself.
My name is Marco, 45 years old from the Netherlands.
I don't own a Fjord but a Fairline 32 flybridge sedan.
The reason I joint here is that I have a problem with the starboard engine of my boat,
It's fittet with 2 Volvo Penta AQ170c engines witch also common installed where in the Fjord.

The engine has underpressure in the oilsump so I think te pistonrings are worn, the engine needs overhauling and I am in search for a good adress for parts.
Here in the Netherlands isn't much availeble so I hope to find a good adress in Sweden.
2 new engines is of course an option but I like to keep the boat original and I like the engines very much.

If this is not allowed here then my excuses in advantage

Thank you verry much Lars!

I've bin told that the B30 engine has some different internal parts in compare to the AQ170 such as crankshaft bearings and so.
I'm gonna brouse those websites.

There are differences but mor related to the cooling system. I the motor has freshwater cooling with heat exchanger The cylinder head on some models have different sized valves.
