I am refurbishing a Selcruiser(1970). Because of this I am looking for a new rubber buffer profile (I don't know the exact word in English for this part)which is fixed round the polyester bottom. Does someone know where to buy this rubber buffer profile ??

Try "rubbing strake" if it is the part just below the deck.

Parma Plast Norway have very good Rubbing Strakes/Fenders that realy fits the Fjord boats, original measurments. I have mounted a nice one Black with white cover over the screws Se picture :
I guess that you have a screw mounted fender if that is the case you don´t have to warm it before mounting.
