Blanking Plug

I have one of these Blanking Plug on my boat. I consider replacing it with a new transducer.

The question is, how do I remove this blanking plug?
Its really really stuck.

Any idea how to get is loose without braking it

Its probably glued with sikaflex or similar.
It will be difficult to remove without braking,
